How does the Distance Healing work

"relax and enjoy”

At the time of your booking, set the timer on your phone to 30 minutes and switch it to airplane mode.
Then simply sit or lie down and relax.
When the 30 minutes are over switch the phone back on. Around 10 minutes later, Barbara will give you a call and you can share your experience together.
Please be ready at the selected time. Before the first session Barbara will give you a call.
